HOW DO I SUBMIT ORDERS?

Orders can be submitted via Instagram Direct Messenger, or on our website. Option 1: you can submit an order by completing the "Flower Order Form" on our "Home" page. Option 2: send us a message via "Contact Thileaves" on our "Home" page.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit may be required on or prior to delivery. The deposit will be applied towards your payment on the delivery date.

CAN I GET SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

We respectfully ask that you submit your orders a couple days in advance since our operation is currently very small and may not have sufficient supplies to fulfill same-day delivery requests. Further, we'd love to have sufficient time to curate your beautiful arrangements.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS?

Prices vary depending on size, flowers, designs, delivery fee (if applicable), and sales tax.


We'd love to know your budget to see how we can accommodate. Start chatting with us by contacting us. 

CAN I SEND IDEAS OF MY ARRANGEMENTS?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to send ideas (pictures or videos) of their arrangements if available. Pictures or videos can be shared via the "Flower Order Form," "Wedding or Event Flower Form," or anytime by emailing thileaves.sac@gmail.com

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO? HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is currently offered to the following locations: Sacramento, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, and Davis.

Delivery fee varies on distance. It will be calculated upon payment. 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?

We currently accept cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay. We hope to have an online payment method in the future.

WHAT ARE MY FLOWER OPTIONS?

Flowers are available by season. We will always try our best to accommodate; however, it may not be guaranteed due to seasonal availability and supply shortages.

HOW DO I INQUIRE FLOWERS FOR WEDDINGS OR EVENTS?

Great question! Begin by visiting our "Home" page and complete the "Wedding or Event Flower Form" to get started. Our team will review and reach out to you.

WHAT IF I'M NOT TECH-SAVVY OR DOES NOT HAVE AN INSTAGRAM TO SUBMIT ORDERS AND/OR INQUIRE?

No problem! Email us if you cannot submit an order or inquiry via Instagram or our website.
